Provides recruiting of highly qualified candidates and participates in the daily activities associated with the sourcing of staff physicians. Creates, develops and implements highly effective recruitment strategies.

Valid Driver’s License required (VDL)

Work Experience:
One year of relevant experience required in human resources and /or recruitment.
Physical Requirements:
Frequent sitting, standing or walking required.
Travel to off-site recruitment events may be required or other trips as needed to meet with clients or to attend meetings.
Personal Protective Equipment:
Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
